About Us

Randall “Randy” Burke was named the Executive Director, Skyway Range, Inc in August of 2024. Prior to joining the team, Randy acquired over 36 years of aviation and program experience most recently as an executive with the FAA. Prior to that he was the Vice President of Operations and Accountable Manager for Aircraft Propeller Service, LLC for 3 years and served in the US Air Force for 26.5 years as a maintenance and logistics officer. Randy has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Science Degree in International Relations from Troy State University.

Jason brings more than 15 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, and operations. Prior to joining Skyway Range, he served as Economic Development Director for the City of Collinsville, Okla., and as a Business Development Specialist for the Osage Nation, where he oversaw large-scale commercial projects and long-term growth strategies. Jason holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Northeastern State University.

Cason is a Radar Technician with a strong technical background as a former Data Technician. He has hands-on experience in server infrastructure, structured cabling, and network troubleshooting, with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues in complex systems.

In his current role, he applies these skills to radar systems, bridging traditional IT knowledge with advanced sensing technologies. Cason is focused on continued professional growth, pursuing education and certifications to advance within the radar and unmanned systems field.
